Church Council, Teachers, and Officers are installed for service

On Rally Day, September 7, 2003, we begin Salem's new year of activity. We use the start of our Elementary School as the key to the whole church's life. After a summer of quiet, choirs begin, Sunday School starts, new officers and council take office, and many other ministry activities are renewed.

This year our Boy Scout troop prepared and served a pancake breakfast for the congregation in our newly cleaned (but not yet completed in its remodeling) Parish Hall. Some of the Ministries of the congregation set up tables around the eaters, signing up volunteers for the year. Salem prays that our ministry will share the love of God, -- the love that God has shown to Salem -- that we will share that love with the world around us.
