One of the two NEW grills to help prepare the lunch

At about 1:00 each Sunday, Kitty and David and other Food for Body & Soul volunteers begin to set up for lunch. Slice tomatoes and onions, lay out cheese slices, mix the punch, separate lettuce leaves, set up tables and chairs, unload the grills and the sound system ... and get ready for a good lunch to feed hungry people.

In the kitchen...

busy hands...

and many hands...

make light work.

Open the jar...

and open the lettuce.

Smiles and laughter...

help us to get set up.

Grilling the burgers...

and organizing the buns.

After Table Grace people line up to eat.

A last check for the serving line.

Fresh hamburger, sir?

Would you like cheese, onion, tomato?

Lettuce would go well on your burger.

How about a helping of potato salad?

Ice cold punch on a hot day!

Dashing to refill the burger trays.

Duelling Grills...
starring Kitty and David.

Worship begins with song...

and includes prayer, sermon, and Bible readings.
