Adult Forum - Sowing the Seed: The Early Christian Church Part 2- August 1st

The second part of this look at the history of the early Christian church will concentrate on the 2nd century and discuss the impact of persecution by the Romans, then examine the "Apostolic Fathers" and some of their writings. We'll also discuss how worship developed and the leadership of the church took form. This forum is led by Emily Gillula, Steward of Social Outreach and soon-to-be full-time student at Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary.
