Thrivent Choice Dollars can benefit Lutheran Health Ministries

Many Thrivent contract holders are now getting a notice from Thrivent about the ability to direct Thrivent choice dollars on a current and annual basis going forward to Lutheran organizations. LHMF is hoping you will choose to direct your Thrivent Choice dollars to Lutheran Health Ministries of the foothills. When you receive the notice from Thrivent, there are two ways you can direct your dollars...by internet connection or by phone. You can also designate LHMF as the organization to get your Thrivent Choice dollars going forward and avoid having to do this all again. Please respond when you get your notice. This is important to LHMF since we are hoping to replace all or a significant part of the nearly $2,000 we used to get from the now defunct Thrivent Giving Plus program.
